Salem’s Lot will premiere on MAX this October, the streamer has announced.
New Line Cinema’s film new adaptation of the 1975 Stephen King 1975 bestseller reunites the producing teams behind The Conjuring and It in a tale that sees Author Ben Mears return to his childhood home of Jerusalem’s Lot in search of inspiration for his next book only to discover his hometown is being preyed upon by a bloodthirsty vampire.
The movie stars Lewis Pullman as Ben, Alfre Woodard as Dr. Cody, Makenzie Leigh as Susan Norton, Bill Camp as Matthew Burke, Spencer Treat Clark as Mike Ryerson, Pilou Asbæk as Straker, and John Benjamin Hickey as Father Callahan.
Gary Dauberman writes, directs, and executive produces the film.
Producers are James Wan, Michael Clear, with Roy Lee, and Mark Wolper.
